Our first baby is off to pre-school. She went in alone, no blankie or dragonfly. Just gave her mommy a kiss and ran off to the playground. That's Belle, though- always so independent. The following days were more like any other kid being dropped of somewhere, clinging and a little crying. We solved that by pinning a tiny piece of blankie to her pocket. "Where's my fluffy tail?" she asks now. Quinn at home without Belle is a lot less in Mommy's arms and a lot more all over the house. After all, who's going to tell on her when she is getting in trouble? Not to mention she can play with any toy she wants without getting it taken away by her big sister. Mommy is dealing with the fact she doesn't know everything Belle is doing or eating. How is she dealing? It's lots of fun to use the time Belle is at school to do some shopping!
