We are part of a canine exchange program with some friends in another area. In order for our dogs to be well-rounded canine citizens, we feel it is best they experience life with families other than their own. In a manner similar to popular reality TV shows, they come home with a renewed sense of gratitude for what they have, and how other dogs live. For instance, Wally the pug learned that some dogs are not allowed on the bed and have to sleep on the floor. He took this harsh fact very well, and really seemed to enjoy the "double" doggy bed he shared with Mikey. The snoring chorus they developed together was hilarious- especially when Walls would do his little whining sniffs. Wally and Mikey also learned to perfectly mimic each other's snores, so that no one would know which dog was snoring. Clever little rascals.
